- Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management: Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Merchant Acquisition: Identify and onboard new merchants, retailers, shops, and business partners to Google Pay services.
- Business Development: Drive merchant activation, QR code deployment, and transaction growth.
- Target Achievement: Set team targets, track individual performance, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Field Sales Management: Plan daily field visits, allocate territories, and monitor the team's on-ground activities.




- Performance Monitoring: Prepare daily sales reports, review KPIs, and share progress updates with the reporting manager.
- Training and Coaching: Train team members on product features, sales techniques, merchant engagement, and customer service.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with merchants and resolve issues related to onboarding and transactions.
- Market Development: Identify recent business opportunities, competitor activities, and potential merchant locations.
