- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Explain website design and development, digital marketing, Google Business Profile services, and 360° virtual tours.
- Identify customer requirements and generate business leads.
- Convince interested prospects to schedule meetings or product demonstrations with the BDM team.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and lead status.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the BDM and sales team to ensure effective follow-ups.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the team leader.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of Hindi; knowledge of English and regional languages is an advantage.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Confidence in making outbound calls.




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and work toward targets.
- Punctual, disciplined, and eager to learn.
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
