We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support business growth, generate qualified leads, and build strong relationships with prospective clients and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through calls, digital platforms, referrals, and networking.

Connect with prospective property buyers, investors, and channel partners.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate opportunities.

Follow up with leads, schedule property meetings and site visits, and maintain client communication.

Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and business partners.

Maintain lead records, follow-up schedules, and daily activity reports.

Support property marketing initiatives and achieve agreed business development targets.





Coordinate with the internal team to manage enquiries and support the sales process.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in business development, sales, customer relations, or real estate will be an advantage.

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in making calls, handling enquiries, and following up with prospective clients.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.

A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
