Production Executive – Arceus India

Arceus India is a leading packaging machine manufacturer in Pune, delivering high-performance packaging solutions across India.

Location: 22/A, Off Pune-Nagar Rd, Vrindavan Nagar, Ramwadi, Viman Nagar, Pune

Role: Manage inventory, stock ordering, and dispatch planning, and ensure every machine is ready before dispatch.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain inventory of raw materials, spares, and finished machines
- Plan and place stock orders with vendors on time
- Plan dispatches and coordinate with logistics and transporters
- Ensure machines are tested, complete, and dispatch-ready
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and accounts teams on order status
- Maintain stock, production, and dispatch records in Excel/ERP

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or any graduate with relevant experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in production, stores, or dispatch planning, preferably in machinery manufacturing (freshers with aptitude may apply)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management
- Positive coordination and follow-up skills
- Hindi and Marathi required; basic English is a plus
