This role acts as a bridge between senior leadership, research & development, and operations, ensuring alignment of market opportunities with the company’s polymer technology expertise.
* Identify and evaluate recent market opportunities and product extensions.
* Coordinate with R&D;, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to launch initiatives.
* Track key metrics, analyze outcomes, and adjust strategies to meet business targets.
