This Is It, a beachfront restaurant and stay in Arambol, Goa, is looking for an experienced and responsible Property / Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily restaurant and property operations.
- Supervise floor staff and coordinate housekeeping activities.
- Ensure cleanliness, room readiness and overall property maintenance.
- Handle guest queries, feedback and complaints.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service and housekeeping teams.
- Monitor staff attendance, duty schedules and daily operational checklists.
- Maintain service standards and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Experience in hotel, resort, restaurant or property management preferred.
- Valuable leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and guest-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage daily operations independently.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
