Job Overview

Smile India Trust is hiring fresh graduates for the position of Customer Relationship Executive. This opportunity is suitable for freshers who have good Hindi communication skills, basic English knowledge, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers can apply.
- Graduation must be completed.
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with people.
- Good interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Willingness to work as per the company's required schedule.

Salary & Perks

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,100 per month.
- Attendance Bonus: ₹500.

- Performance-Based Incentives:



25% of the donation amount, as per the applicable incentive structure.
- Fixed salary and incentives are separate.

Working Schedule

- Working Days: 6 days a week.
- Weekly Off: Sunday.
- Working hours: As per the company's defined schedule.
- Expected Joining: Monday, subject to selection and final confirmation.

2. Operations Interview.
