Job Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned villages, colonies and local areas.

- Explain the foundation's charitable activities and approved fundraising campaigns.

- Request voluntary donations respectfully from interested households.

- Collect donations only through officially authorized payment methods and follow the foundation's approved cash-handling procedures.

- Provide official donation receipts according to the foundation's process.

- Maintain accurate daily records of household visits, donations and receipts.

- Submit daily fieldwork reports to the supervisor.

- Follow assigned routes, attendance procedures and fieldwork instructions.

- Represent The Solvian Foundation professionally and respectfully.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 12th pass preferred.

- Freshers can apply.

- Good Hindi communication skills.

- Comfortable with door-to-door visits and outdoor fieldwork.





- Willing to travel within the assigned location.

- Honest, responsible and polite with community members.

- Smartphone required for attendance and field reporting.

Salary and Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹12,000–₹25,000, depending on experience, suitability and performance criteria.

Travel Allowance: As per the foundation's approved travel policy.

Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be available under a written incentive policy.

Working Locations

Bijnor city, Najibabad, Dhampur, Chandpur and Nagina, Uttar Pradesh. Candidates may be assigned to nearby villages, colonies and households according to operational requirements.
