Position: Field Recruitment Executive

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month

Incentive: Up to ₹5,000+ per month

Petrol Allowance: Provided separately as per company policy

? Job RoleWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Recruitment Executives to manage recruitment within an assigned area.

The candidate will visit stores, markets, delivery hubs, and other locations to recruit candidates for different delivery partner jobs for our clients.

- ? Key ResponsibilitiesManage and cover an assigned area.
- Visit stores, markets, hubs, and other locations daily.
- Identify and approach candidates interested in delivery jobs.
- Explain job opportunities, earnings, incentives, and joining process.
- Generate leads and convert candidates into delivery partners.
- Achieve daily recruitment and activation targets.
- Follow up with candidates until successful joining/activation.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment and operations team.
- ? Mandatory RequirementsOwn Bike/Scooter – MANDATORY ?️
- Valid Driving Licence – MANDATORY




- Must be comfortable with daily field travel.
- Minimum 12th pass preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Smartphone required.
- Target-oriented and disciplined.
- Knowledge of the local area will be an advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Daily performance will be measured through:

Lead Generation → Candidate Registration → Joining → Activation
