About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, smart, and result-oriented Telesales Specialist to support our government projects across 6 states. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, fluency in Bengali, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and registered partners.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers, registered vendors, and business partners regarding government projects.
- Explain project details, services, and business opportunities over the phone.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with vendors and relevant teams across any of the 6 states.
- Maintain daily call records, follow-up reports,



and customer databases.
- call leads given and achieve targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer relationship management.
- Fluency in Bengali is mandatory.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic English and Hindi communication skills will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
