About the Role

California Burrito is looking for an energetic and passionate Maintenance Executive who is willing to travel and manage maintenance activities across stores and kitchens. The role involves repairing and maintaining equipment, store infrastructure, and operational facilities to ensure a safe, hygienic environment and smooth, uninterrupted operations through proactive maintenance and timely repairs.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance across outlets.
- Attend breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and contractors.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment details.
- Support new store openings and equipment installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards.
- Travel across assigned outlets as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in QSRs, cafes, restaurants, hospitality, or the Food & Beverage (F&B;) industry will be preferred
- Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems,HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
- Good troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
