Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and build a high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring that the company attracts, selects, and hires top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute recruitment plans to meet business objectives, including identifying talent pipelines, developing job descriptions, and creating recruitment marketing materials.

2. Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

3. Lead Recruitment Team: Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet recruitment targets.

4. Build Relationships with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide recruitment advice,



and ensure that recruitment processes meet business objectives.

5. Ensure Compliance with Recruitment Policies: Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with company policies, laws, and regulations.

6. Analyze Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

7. Improve Recruitment Processes: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure they are effective, effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.

2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Proficient in recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).

4. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and laws.
