Arif Pharma Pvt. Ltd., under its brand Dua Dawai Ayurveda, is looking for experienced

and target-oriented Tele-Sales Executives to sell Ayurvedic health supplements and wellness products.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to company-provided leads and potential customers.
- Explain Ayurvedic health supplements, product ingredients, usage, and label-approved benefits.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales orders through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and product-related questions professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and call updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth order processing.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in telesales, preferably in Ayurvedic products, health supplements, nutraceuticals, or wellness products.
- Excellent Hindi communication, convincing, and sales-closing skills.
- Experience in lead management, customer follow-ups, and objection handling.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Candidates with relevant experience in Ayurvedic health supplements and wellness product sales are preferred.
