Age : 20 - 30

Qualification : Degree

Experience : Min 1 year in B2B / Field Sales

Salary : 19.5K NTH + TA + Incentives + PF & ESI

Location : Chrompet & Arumpakkam

Role and Responsibilities

✅ Visit assigned retail stores and dealers to promote and sell JSW Paints products

✅ Follow the approved beat plan and complete daily field visits as planned

✅ Drive B2B sales by building trust with retailers and dealers and closing orders

✅ Track local market trends and competitor activity and share updates with the team

✅ Maintain valuable relationships to support repeat business and long-term growth
