Location: Greater Noida, Site 4
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the collection team to achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Track team performance, productivity & collection MIS.
- Handle Dialer operations, calling data & follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain reports using Advanced Excel (MIS, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, etc.).
- Ensure proper customer follow-up and recovery process.
- Share regular performance updates with management.
Required Skills:
- Robust communication & team-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of Advanced Excel & MIS reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Dialer/Calling software.
- Target-oriented with good problem-solving ability.
- Prior experience in collection/recovery process preferred.
