Job Description

We are looking for a Logistics In-Charge to manage day-to-day dispatch and logistics coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatches based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters and drivers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Accounts teams for smooth dispatches.
- Follow up for vehicle placement, loading and timely dispatch.
- Track vehicles and monitor delivery status.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules when required.
- Ensure availability of Invoice, Delivery Challan, E-Way Bill, LR/GR and other dispatch documents.
- Follow up for POD after delivery.
- Maintain records of dispatches, vehicle details, transporter details and freight charges.




- Coordinate and resolve delivery delays, vehicle breakdowns and other logistics issues.
- Verify transporter bills and freight charges.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly logistics reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of logistics activities.

Candidate Profile

- 12 years of experience in Logistics / Dispatch / Transportation / Supply Chain.
- Any Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of E-Way Bill, LR/GR and POD will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
