We are looking for a talented Fraud Investigators to be responsible for identifying and handling suspicious or Fraud attempts on transactions in CU (Credit Union) members account. Candidate should have knowledge about USA banking and fraudulent transactions on customer account.

Key Responsibility Area:

- Conducting investigation on alerts / cases triggered on client applications
- Reviewing and researching evidence/documents to analyze the overall fact pattern of synthesize data into a qualified report with recommendations
- Manage and prioritize a large and varied case load effectively and efficiently to achieve positive results
- Meeting all the SLA targets as per the client requirement

Eligibility Criteria:

- Candidate should be Graduate and above.
- Good communication skills
- Minimum one year experience preferred in fraud prevention.
- Should be comfortable with 24*7 work environment, and rotational week offs.
- Knowledge of MS-Excel & basis computer knowledge
- Candidate should have typing speed of at least (25 WPM)
