Role & responsibilities

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to hospital operations, patient volumes, revenue, billing, insurance/TPA, pharmacy, diagnostics, and other key departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
- Monitor key hospital KPIs, operational metrics, revenue performance, and department-wise performance.
- Identify trends, gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Work closely with Unit Heads, Finance, Billing, Insurance, Clinical, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, and other departments to understand business requirements.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and prepare BRDs, process documents, reports, and analytical presentations.
- Develop and maintain Excel/Power BI dashboards for management review and decision-making.
- Analyze patient conversion, OPD/IPD volumes, average revenue per patient, occupancy, doctor performance, and other healthcare metrics.




- Analyze billing and revenue-cycle data to identify revenue leakage, pending collections, denials, and process gaps.
- Conduct variance, trend, gap, and root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Support management in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with the IT/HIS team for data extraction, system requirements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and timely submission of reports.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to management in a transparent and actionable manner.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by management.
