Roles and Responsibilities
Doctor Referral Work:
- Visit clinics and meet doctors regularly
- Maintain positive relationship with referral doctors
- Bring patient referrals to hospital
- Add new doctors for referral network
- Coordinate with hospital team for patient care
Camp Activities:
- Plan and conduct medical camps
- Coordinate with companies, schools, and public areas
- Manage camp arrangements and staff
- Collect patient details and follow up for hospital visit
Other Work:
- Maintain basic reports (referrals & camps)
- Support marketing activities
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-9 years of experience in healthcare marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of doctor activities, camp management, and healthcare marketing principles.
- Proven track record of developing effective marketing plans and executing successful campaigns.
