Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cloud & Platform Operations Engineer with solid expertise in Azure, AWS, Linux, Dynatrace, production support, incident management, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cloud platforms, monitoring applications and infrastructure, resolving production incidents, and ensuring high availability and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for applications and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot Azure and AWS cloud environments.
- Perform Linux server administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health using Dynatrace.
- Analyze alerts, logs, performance metrics, and system health indicators.
- Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities.
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring production issues and implement permanent fixes.
- Troubleshoot issues related to compute, storage, networking, connectivity, and application availability.
- Support production deployments, releases, maintenance, and environment changes.
- Work with development, infrastructure, network, security, and application teams to resolve critical issues.




- Ensure adherence to operational procedures, SLAs, and ITIL processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in on-call/weekend support as required.

Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Support, SRE, or Production Support.
- Strong troubleshooting experience in enterprise production environments.
- Good understanding of Azure/AWS cloud services and Linux systems.
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace monitoring and observability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a 24x7 support environment.
