Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in the automobile industry, preferably in a paint shop production role.
- Strong documentation skills for maintaining records and reports on production processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for resolving technical issues related to ceramics, paints, or equipment malfunctions.
