Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Non-Voice (Chat Support) Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, experience handling customer queries through chat, and the ability to provide prompt and accurate resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor candidates during online examinations through chat.
- Observe and detect suspicious activities, policy violations, or potential cheating attempts.




- Document incidents accurately and escalate violations as per process guidelines.
- Provide real-time assistance to candidates facing technical issues during the examination.
- Communicate professionally with candidates through chat when required.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Non-Voice/Chat Support process.
- Excellent English written communication skills.
- Good comprehension and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
