- Pick products from racks/bins as per order lists, using scanners or pick lists
- Check items for correct SKU, quantity, expiry date, and condition
- Pack orders securely using bubble wrap, tape, boxes, or poly bags
- Attach shipping labels and invoices correctly
- Sort packed orders by courier partner or delivery zone
- Maintain accuracy and meet daily picking and packing targets
- Report damaged, missing, or mismatched stock to the supervisor
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with inbound unloading, stock putaway, and inventory counts when required
Eligibility and Requirements
- Prior warehouse or e-commerce experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- Ability to read and understand product labels, codes, and basic numbers
- Comfortable standing for long hours and lifting up to 15–20 kg
- Basic ability to use a handheld scanner (training will be provided)
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and festive-season peaks
