Hiring: E-commerce Executive – DEMIRO Skincare

We are hiring an experienced E-commerce Executive to independently manage and grow our skincare brand across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, Myntra and other online marketplaces.

Specific Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of practical experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
2. Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics or FMCG e-commerce brands strongly preferred.
3. Ability to independently create and optimize product listings, keywords, SEO, A+ Content and catalogues.
4. Knowledge of Amazon PPC advertising, marketplace promotions, campaign monitoring and sales growth.
5. Experience handling daily orders, inventory, stock updates, returns, refunds and RTO.
6. Ability to supervise packing helpers,



verify order accuracy and coordinate daily courier pickups and dispatch.
7. Experience in shipment tracking, customer complaints and marketplace account health management.
8. Valuable knowledge of Excel, sales reporting, inventory reconciliation and marketplace profitability.
9. Ability to identify sales opportunities and execute strategies to improve marketplace conversions.
10. Must be comfortable managing multiple marketplaces independently and taking responsibility for day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
