- Job ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of field sales executives.
- Drive merchant acquisition and onboarding for Airtel Payments Bank.
- Visit local markets and shops to onboard new merchants.
- Guide the team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
- Monitor daily field activities and share regular sales updates.
- Ensure proper documentation and completion of onboarding formalities.




- Eligibility CriteriaPrevious experience as a Team Leader in Field Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in merchant acquisition, banking, fintech, payments or telecom sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a field sales team.
- Comfortable with market visits and fieldwork.
