- Key Responsibilities:
- Set up tables and ensure the restaurant is ready for service.
- Serve food and beverages to guests as per service standards.
- Assist captains and service staff during daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Transparent tables and reset them promptly after guest departure.
- Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Attend to guest requests and provide courteous service.
- Support opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Follow company SOPs and instructions from supervisors.
