*Position:* Accounts Executive

*Industry:* Plastic Injection Moulding / Manufacturing

*Experience:* 2–5 Years

*Qualification:* B.Com / M.Com

*Location:* Sector 3 IMT Manesar Gurgaon

*Department:* Accounts & Finance. SALARY As per Interview & Experience.

*Job Responsibilities:*

• Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records.

• Handle purchase, sales, expense and payment entries.

• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and bills.

• Manage GST, TDS, bank reconciliation and other statutory compliances.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable.

• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and follow up for outstanding payments.

• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.





• Coordinate with HR for payroll-related accounting requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation of all accounting transactions.

• Handle Tally / ERP software and Excel for accounting work.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and customers whenever required.

*Required Skills:*

✔ Good knowledge of Tally / ERP & MS Excel

✔ Knowledge of GST & TDS

✔ Robust accounting fundamentals

✔ Good communication and coordination skills

✔ Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
