Part-Time Production, Packing & Dispatch Coordinator – Food Startup

Location: Rajendranagar, Hyderabad (mostly work from home)

Nosh Eats is a millet snack brand manufactured at NutriHub, ICAR-IIMR, Rajendranagar.

We're launching on Amazon and nosheats.co.in and need a reliable, detail-oriented

coordinator in Hyderabad.

What you'll do:

- Receive and check raw materials and packaging delivered to NutriHub

- Be present on production, packing and dispatch days

- Check pack weights, batch codes, best-before dates and packing quality

- Manage our storage cubicle at NutriHub: keep stock neat, clean, dry and labelled

- Place our printed thank-you card and QR code insert inside every box

before sealing (we'll train you on the exact placement)

- Pack cartons, attach labels and hand over to the courier or Amazon pickup

- Send photo/video updates on WhatsApp for every batch and dispatch

- Maintain a simple stock sheet on Google Sheets

Who we're looking for:

- B.Sc / B.Tech in Food Science, Food Technology, Agriculture or Hotel Management

(final-year students welcome),



OR 1 year in FMCG production, quality or warehouse work

- Lives within 15 km of Rajendranagar, with own two-wheeler

- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets and smartphone photos

- Neat, careful and punctual. Hygiene and counting accuracy matter in this role.

- Hindi or English required; Telugu is a big plus

Timings: Mostly work from home, two short check-ins daily (9:30–10 AM and 6–6:30 PM).

On production, packing and dispatch days (3–5 days/month, informed 1 week in

advance): full day at NutriHub, approx. 9 AM – 5:30 PM.

Pay: ₹–12,000/month (fixed retainer + per on-site day + travel allowance)

Type: Part-time / freelance. Adaptable around college or another job.

Start: Late October 2026
