Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team at PICASSO. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth by promoting our corporate branding and promotional products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Research potential clients and identify decision-makers across various industries.
- Generate leads and connect with potential B2B and corporate clients.
- Promote PICASSO's products and services, including promotional umbrellas, gazebos, canopies, POSM, branding materials, display units, and corporate gifting.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and follow up to convert leads into business.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate with internal teams, and follow up on proposals.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain a database of prospects, leads, and sales activities.
- Explore new markets, industries, and opportunities to expand the company's customer base.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Corporate Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, email, LinkedIn, and lead management tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
- Candidates with experience in BTL, advertising, branding, POSM, promotional products, corporate gifting, or marketing agencies will be preferred.
- Ability to build professional relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams.
