We are looking for a confident, articulate, professional, and business-oriented individual to represent our brand at franchise exhibitions, investor meetings, and business development events in India and overseas.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Franchise Business Development & Brand Ambassador will be responsible for representing Yummpys professionally, promoting franchise opportunities, engaging prospective investors, delivering persuasive sales presentations, and supporting the company's franchise expansion plans.

- Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent Yummpys at domestic and international franchise expos, food exhibitions, trade shows, and business networking events.
- Present Yummpys' brand concept, business model, franchise opportunities, and expansion vision to prospective investors and franchise partners.
- Deliver confident and compelling sales pitches to attract qualified franchise leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Engage with entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and potential franchise investors.
- Manage booth activities, investor interactions, lead generation, follow-ups, and meeting schedules during exhibitions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective franchise partners.
- Coordinate with the management team on franchise proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and investor meetings.
- Travel across India and internationally as required for exhibitions, meetings, and business development activities.
- Maintain a professional brand image and ensure consistent communication of Yummpys' values and business proposition.
- Track leads, maintain a CRM database, prepare follow-up reports,



and support franchise deal closures.
- Candidate ProfileExcellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Confident, articulate, polished, and qualified in client-facing situations.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, franchising, hospitality, or the food and beverage industry.
- Comfortable speaking with investors, entrepreneurs, senior business professionals, and international audiences.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including domestic and international destinations.
- Proficiency in English is essential; Hindi and other Indian languages are an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, presentations, spreadsheets, email, and CRM tools.
- A proactive, target-oriented personality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred QualificationsA bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in franchise sales, exhibition sales, corporate sales, luxury hospitality, premium retail, or business development is preferred.
- Experience representing a brand at trade shows or pitching business opportunities to investors is an added advantage.
