Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to make outbound and receive inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, schedule appointments, and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to achieve daily calling targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Generate leads and qualify potential customers.
- Explain company products or services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.




- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Prepare call reports and update management on progress.

Required Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (Intermediate may also be considered with relevant experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales.
- Salary 15-16K Take home.
