We are looking for Field Collection Executives (Debt Recovery Agents) to recover overdue payments from customers through field visits. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers at their registered addresses, following up on pending loan repayments, explaining payment options, obtaining payment commitments, achieving assigned collection targets, maintaining daily collection records, and submitting regular updates to the reporting manager.Candidates must have a valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate, which is mandatory for this position.
