Indo Euro Group is hiring a Site Supervisor for our commercial and industrial property at Patalganga, with occasional visits to our other sites, including Nerul.

You will supervise contractors and labour on site, check work quality, and send daily progress updates from your mobile.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise contractors and labourers on daily site work, including concrete flooring and PEB erection.
2. Coordinate with contractors on work schedules, materials and manpower.
3. Take daily site photographs and prepare daily progress reports.
4. Share updates over WhatsApp and maintain simple Excel trackers.
5. Raise quality, safety and delay issues with management the same day.
6. Travel between Patalganga, Nerul and other company sites when required.

Requirements

1. 4 to 5 years of experience on construction or industrial sites.
2. Proven experience supervising contractors and labour teams.
3. Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel and mobile reporting.
4. Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel between sites.
5. Able to work from Patalganga.
6. Valuable Hindi and Marathi communication.
