Key Responsibilities:As a Customer Support Executive, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:·

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on inventory status, dispatch schedules, and other customer-related queries

Issue Resolution and Follow-up:

- Handling customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
- Proactively following up with customers to provide updates or confirmations on their queries or issues

Record-Keeping and Collaboration:

- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and problem-solving





Customer Service Excellence:

- Upholding excellent customer service standards and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Consistently delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications:

- Educational Qualification: Minimum graduate.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email tools).

Desirable Skills:

- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Experience:

- Prior experience in a customer service role (preferably in call centers or similar industries) is a plus.
- Freshers with enthusiasm to learn and grow are welcome.
