They act as the face of the company in local markets to drive app downloads, registrations, and service adoption. Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying hotspots and visiting transport hubs, logistics markets, commercial zones, and driver stands.
- Explain Porter’s business model, earning benefits, flexible timings, and app features to potential leads.
- Verifying and collecting mandatory documents such as Driving License, RC book, Aadhar card, and PAN card.
- Instructing recent driver-partners on handling ride bookings, checking earnings, and navigating the application.
- Achieving fixed daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
- Maintaining records of daily fieldwork, conversions, and follow-up pipelines.
- Reporting feedback and local market insights to senior operations managers.
