Job Overview:

Surya Informatics Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Student Coordinator to build strong relationships with colleges, universities, placement officers, faculty members, and students across Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on college networking, student engagement, campus recruitment, internship promotion, and expanding the company's campus network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, placement officers, and department heads.
- Connect with students across various departments to promote internship opportunities and job openings.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, placement activities, webinars, seminars, and student engagement programs.
- Identify and onboard Campus Ambassadors and student representatives from different colleges.
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Promote company internship programs, fresher hiring initiatives, and career development opportunities.
- Coordinate with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to source suitable candidates for various job openings.
- Maintain a database of colleges, placement contacts, student representatives, and outreach activities.




- Follow up with colleges and students to increase participation in recruitment and internship programs.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for college connections, student engagement, and successful outreach.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and social media platforms.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
- Interest in campus recruitment, student networking, and HR activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Any degree is eligible.
- Fresher candidates (Passing out 2027 & 2028)
- Candidates with experience in student networking, Event management,
