- 6+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, ABAP OO, ABAP Cloud, CDS Views, RAP, and OData.
- 2+ years of hands-on SAP BTP development experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CAP using Node.js or Java.
- Experience developing SAP Fiori/UI5 applications, including Fiori Elements.
- Experience with BTP extensions / side-by-side development following clean-core principles.
- Good exposure to SAP BTP services, HANA Cloud, Cloud Foundry, Destinations, and Cloud Connector.
- Experience with XSUAA/IAS, OAuth 2.0, SAML, and role-based security.
- Experience with SAP Build Apps / Process Automation / Work Zone is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, Git, MTA, gCTS, or abapGit.
- Experience with BAdIs, User Exits, RICEFW, BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, Forms, and Workflows.
- Robust troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Advanced/Fluent English communication skills.
