Job Description:

- Design Management for all Electrical Systems for current and refurbishment projects

- Electrical System design for Commercial Office Buildings and campuses - High side and Low side

- Design and execution of UPS Systems, DG Back up power systems, HSD yard, Substations for campuses, interior and exterior lighting

- Review and optimization of design, BOQ, specifications for all works

- Upgrade standards and specifications from time to time to remain relevant and in line with code requirements (NBC 2016, ECBC, USGBC LEED, and other applicable codes and green building guidelines)

- Technical and Commercial evaluation of vendor proposals and preparation of comparisons and recommendation

- Manage execution with help of vendor partners for successful and timely completion of the projects.

- Manage the complete life cycle from design to commissioning independently

- Identifying opportunities for retrofits/improvements in campus in line with organization's set standards

- Oversee operations quality and drive Operations Excellence

- Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses

- Manage other Infrastructure related works
