We are looking for a skilled Bluetooth Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation wireless connectivity solutions. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Bluetooth Classic, BLE, and LE Audio technologies, along with solid programming skills in C/C++ and experience in debugging embedded and Linux-based systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional and distributed teams to design, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Bluetooth software stacks and audio solutions, with exposure to Android AOSP Bluetooth HAL and Audio frameworks being highly desirable.

Role & responsibilities :
- Design and develop Bluetooth host software features.
- Contribute to advanced automotive Bluetooth solutions, including new feature development and optimization.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across multiple software layers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and validation engineers.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++; working knowledge of Python is required.
- Solid understanding of Bluetooth and BLE protocols, with strong expertise in Classic Bluetooth and LE Audio profiles.
- Demonstrated experience in debugging embedded and Linux-based systems.
- Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within distributed teams.
- Experience with Android AOSP, particularly in the Bluetooth HAL and/or Audio subsystem.
