Roles Responsibilities

- 5-9 years of QA/Testing experience with strong Life Insurance domain knowledge.
- Experience in Policy Administration Systems (PAS) implementation, migration, modernization, or support.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, test management, release management, and defect lifecycle.
- Experience in test planning, execution, defect management, and quality governance.
- Proficiency in JIRA, SQL, database testing, data validation, and Advanced Excel.
- Experience in API/Web Services testing using Postman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI, or similar tools.
- Experience in production support, incident management, SLA adherence, and service improvements.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders for requirements validation and UAT support.
- Strong stakeholder management, client communication, and onsite-offshore coordination skills.
- Knowledge of quality metrics, risk management, audit compliance, and release governance.
