Roles Responsibilities

- Install, configure, administer, and support middleware platforms such as WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Tomcat.
- Deploy applications across development, test, and production environments.
- Monitor middleware servers and ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot application, middleware, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Perform server upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
- Configure and maintain web servers, SSL certificates, and load balancers.
- Work closely with application, database, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
- Automate routine operational tasks using scripting tools.
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes as per ITIL standards.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
