Job Summary

Smart Communications (SmartCOMM) Development. Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using SmartCOMM for print, email, SMS, and digital channels. Create and enhance templates, business rules, and document workflows to support personalized customer communications. Develop scalable, high-volume communication solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.

Document Composition Integration

- Design document templates, correspondence packages, and multi-channel output solutions.
- Configure data mapping, conditional logic, and content management components.
- Integrate SmartCOMM with enterprise applications, databases, and downstream delivery platforms.

Testing Support
- Perform testing, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance improvements.
- Support deployments, releases, and production migrations.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and ensure reliable document generation processes.

Collaboration Quality
- Participate in technical reviews, Agile ceremonies, and solution design discussions.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.
- Collaborate with business, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality communication solutions.

Roles Responsibilities

Build and enhance customer communication solutions using Smart Communications (SmartCOMM). In this role, you'll design and develop personalized,



high-volume customer communications across print and digital channels, while ensuring scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust communication workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and improve customer experience. Technical Requirement

- Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.
- 3-5 years of experience in software development and cloud delivery with strong hands-on exposure to GCP.
- Solid working experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging patterns.
- Proven experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, understanding of SDLC, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
