Position: Area Manager Operations
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple Salad Days outlets.
- Achieve sales, productivity, quality and operational targets.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, service standards and SOP compliance.
- Manage and develop outlet managers and kitchen teams.
- Control manpower, inventory, wastage and operational costs.
- Analyze outlet performance and take corrective actions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with HR, Supply Chain, Procurement and other teams.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly operational MIS.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in F&B;/QSR/Restaurant operations.
- Experience managing multiple outlets/locations.
- Solid leadership and team-management skills.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore outlets.
