ONLINE SALES CONSULTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Online sales consultant to join our vibrant team in Chennai.



They will play a crucial role in handling online sales inquiries generated from our social media pages and other sources and creating engaging in-store visual content for our social media platforms.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Inquiries Management:

• Respond promptly to inquiries generated from social media platforms.

• Engage with potential customers, providing them with necessary information and guidance.

2. Content Creation:

• Conduct in-store photo and video shoots for social media.

• Create engaging and visually appealing content that reflects the brand’s identity and values when needed.

3. Other Duties:

• Assist in other required tasks and activities related to social media and digital marketing including reporting.
