Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Party Hostess to manage and coordinate birthday parties, celebrations, and special events at the park. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, engaging children, assisting with party activities, and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests, children, and parents warmly upon arrival.

Assist with birthday party arrangements, decorations, and seating setup.

Coordinate cake-cutting ceremonies, games, music, and entertainment activities.

Engage children through interactive games and fun activities.

Assist customers with party schedules, packages, and event-related queries.

Ensure the party area is clean, organized, and ready before each event.

Coordinate with the Party In-Charge, Operations Team, F&B; Team, and other departments.

Ensure food, refreshments, and other party requirements are served on time.





Monitor children's participation and maintain a safe, friendly environment.

Handle customer requests politely and escalate complaints when necessary.

Support photography arrangements and special activities during celebrations.

Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and customer service standards.

Assist with party area cleanup and preparation for the next event.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, event hosting, or entertainment is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, energetic, and child-friendly personality.

Ability to engage children and interact professionally with parents.

Good coordination and time-management skills.

Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons.

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
