Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating as required.

Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend food and beverages.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams.

Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.

Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service.

Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve basic service concerns professionally.

Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other restaurant team members for smooth operations.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.

Follow restaurant SOPs, food safety guidelines, and service protocols.

Assist with billing and payment processing whenever required.
