We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Wire & Cable Manufacturing Machines.

The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets.

- Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, distributors, dealers, and industrial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote the company's wire and cable products in the market.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and technical teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.




- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving monthly and annual targets.
- Explore new markets and develop long-term business relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Wire & Cable Industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop business, and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of wire and cable products, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Ability to manage customer accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development, as required.
