1. Job Purpose

To supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities at JSW Steel, ensuring that industrial flooring, structural coating, surface preparation, and related maintenance works are executed safely, efficiently, and according to approved quality standards and project schedules

2.Responsibilities

A. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise daily site activities related to epoxy flooring, industrial coatings, structural painting, and surface preparation.

Allocate work to applicators, painters, helpers, and subcontractors.

Ensure work is completed according to approved method statements, technical specifications, and instructions from the Project Manager.

Monitor manpower productivity and maintain daily work progress records.

Coordinate material, equipment, and manpower requirements to avoid work delays.

Overtime will not be paid under the offered terms. Eligible additional working hours will be compensated through compensatory off, subject to company policy and applicable law.

Leave and holidays will be governed by company policy and applicable labour laws.

The selected candidate must comply with Aviridh Engineering Solutions Private Limited's policies and JSW Steel's site rules.
