Key responsibilities

1. Outbound and cold calling. Call international prospects, mainly in the Middle East and Europe, to introduce our products and services and start meaningful conversations.
2. Engage decision-makers. Reach purchase and procurement heads, business owners, and senior stakeholders, and hold high-level product discussions with them.
3. Consultative selling. Understand each prospect's business model, ask relevant questions, and identify their needs. Position our offering as a solution, not just a product.
4. Qualify opportunities. Assess whether a prospect is a genuine business opportunity, and pass qualified leads on to the relevant team.
5. Research. Research companies, industries, and key decision-makers beforehand, so every conversation is informed and personalized.
6. Negotiation. Discuss and negotiate terms with decision-makers, and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
7. Email communication. Write qualified emails to clients, senior executives, and business owners, including introductions, follow-ups, and proposals.
8. Presentations.



Present information clearly and confidently to clients and international stakeholders, in meetings or on calls.
9. Relationship management. Build and maintain healthy, long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business.
10. Teamwork and reporting. Work closely with the team, keep records of calls and leads, and report progress using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

What we are looking for

- Prior experience in international outbound or cold calling, preferably in the Middle East and Europe
- Excellent English communication, with strong probing, questioning, and convincing skills
- Moderate secondary research skills
- Professional email etiquette
- Client presentation skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A commercial and consultative approach
- Team player attitude and adaptability

Added advantages

- Knowledge of international trade, including import/export processes and trade practices
- Spoken Arabic, especially for Middle East-focused assignments
