Roles Responsibilities

- Monitor enterprise infrastructure, applications, and network services through command center tools.
- Identify, triage, and escalate critical incidents as per defined procedures.
- Coordinate bridge calls during major incidents and outages.
- Track incidents through resolution and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Analyze alerts and events to minimize service disruptions.
- Provide real-time status updates to stakeholders and management teams.
- Maintain incident logs, reports, and operational dashboards.
- Work closely with infrastructure, network, application, and support teams for issue resolution.
- Support problem management activities by identifying recurring issues and trends.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for Incident, Event, and Change Management.

- MCA, MTech, Bachelor of Engineering, BTech
